By uploading Your Content, you grant Booklator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process, translate, and temporarily store Your Content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

b. Translated Content

You own the rights to the translated output generated from Your Content through the Service, subject to your ownership of the original underlying work.

c. Booklator Service

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including the underlying AI models, software, website design, and associated intellectual property.

6. Fees and Payment

The Service is currently provided free of charge, but we reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
