Booklator provides an AI-powered platform for translating literary documents. We strive for high accuracy and nuance but do not guarantee perfection. The quality of translation can depend on the source material quality and complexity.

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Service

5. Content Ownership and License
a. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the original documents you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Booklator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process, translate, and temporarily store Your Content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
b. Translated Content
You own the rights to the translated output generated from Your Content through the Service, subject to your ownership of the original underlying work.
c. Booklator Service
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including the underlying AI models, software, website design, and associated intellectual property.
6. Fees and Payment
The Service is currently provided free of charge, but we reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TRANSLATIONS WILL BE PERFECTLY ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Booklator SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Booklator and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
